Business magazine The Chief Navigators has recognized ClimateCheck Chief Growth Officer Nicole Engels as one of 10 CGOs to watch in 2024.

Engels helps ClimateCheck clients protect their assets and ensure robust long-term growth by leveraging our data and analysis solutions. Prior to joining ClimateCheck, she held leadership and brand management roles at Anheuser-Busch, where she worked on multiple sustainability initiatives.
Engels also served as the founding Head of Growth for Brazilian agritech startup VOA, which helps farmers monitor crops and reduce pesticide use through deployment of drones. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Engels shared her core strategies for growth with Chief Navigators, including “actively seek feedback from customers to understand their needs and improve the products and services accordingly.”
